Making things work better means going the distance.

Our work isn’t over until the processes and systems we develop are successfully integrated into the organization.  So we offer a complete set of management services to ensure your success.

Sales and marketing are key to the overall success of any effort that involves change, whether it’s is a company-wide automation effort, an organizational realignment, or even a change in the day to day operation of a working group.  This means getting the right messages across, putting a support system in place, selling the idea to key decision groups, developing presentations and literature, communicating benefits and understanding organizational concerns.

Communication is critical. The involvement of everyone affected: vendors, employees, managers, and customers, is as important as the implementation itself.

We have three ex-CEOs with operational experience, a former big agency ad executive with a specialty in direct response, two high tech marketing analysts and a former Fortune 50 VP of Sales. We also have a fair deal of Fortune 500 executive experience. (and we understand Dilbert cartoons all too well.)

We are as creative with rollout plans as we are with solutions.

Our resources are also available to help our clients get off the ground or back on their feet.  In a few  instances the technology we have developed has been done within the context of an overall company restructuring, and we have provided executive help as new people came one board, or filled in during critical periods.

In our work with non-profits and research institutions we have helped to develop the proposals and grant applications to fund the change. With startups we have helped write the business plans, and provided key interim executives to round out a management team.

Heck, we’ll even create the PowerPoint Slides you need to sell your board on your idea.

Creative Management

Workgroup BBQing

To kick off the rollout of a workgroup system we held a BBQ cookoff.  The recipes, food ordering, equipment, tips, and rules as well as planning was done remotely the week before using the new system.  It turned out to be an excellent team building excercise as well.

Web selling

We have found that a project web site with questions, examples, questions, documentation and forums are an excellent tool for preparing the organization for a rollout.

Drive time radio

A 30 second radio spot during drive time on the day of the rollout is a great way to start a positve buzz.

Since noon you’ve saved ...

We included a banner at the top of a automation package that accounted for every second saved using the package. Each user received their total in time and cost.  A display outside the manager’s office showed the grant total and the seconds till the system paid for itself.
